Terms of Service

PAYMENT
I accept Paypal, Venmo, and Stripe. Do not send any payments until you receive an invoice from me.75% is due upfront. Remaining 25% due before receiving final artwork.Prices are in USD.If you're requesting NSFW, you must be 18 years or older.REVISIONS
You may request up to 2 revisions during the sketch phase. After that, any changes requested may include additional fees.TURNAROUND
All commissions will be completed within one month of starting.USAGE RIGHTS
All commissions are intended for personal use only, unless we've explicitly discussed commercial usage or merchandising costs.As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, unless we've explicitly discussed and agreed otherwise.I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion.REFUNDS
If you cancel prior to when I begin working on the commission, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the sketch phase, you will receive a half refund.If I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION
If I contact you with questions or for sketch/concept approvals, and you do not respond within 2 weeks, I reserve the right to move your commission down my queue, thereby extending the one-month turnaround.

Commission info

Please be able to provide detailed descriptions and/or references of characters, poses, and setting (if relevant).A simple background is included in all commissions (e.g. basic ground/surface or gradient sky depending on pose).

Extra Fees

  • +10% to 50% for backgrounds, depending on complexity (e.g. cityscapes, cluttered rooms, natural landscapes, water features, buildings, etc.)

  • +20% to 50% for creature companions, depending on size and complexity

  • +20% for ornately detailed weapons, accessories, outfits, shoes etc.

  • +25% for any major revisions after sketch approval

  • +50% per extra character (three or more)

Discounts

  • -5% off for Apprentice Tier Patrons

  • -15% off for Journeyman Tier Patrons

  • -20% off for Master Tier Patrons

  • -10% off for repeat commissioners
